Who can change rates and what is on sale

The rate calendar sets the price and the number of rooms on sale, and pushes both to Goibibo, MakeMyTrip and Agoda. Neither tick comes with any role — each one is given to a named person here.

Payments

Who takes the money, for which hotel, and what else is connected. Everything is still here — the parts you rarely touch are folded, one click away.

Daily settlements · sending money out

Every morning at 7 am this pays each property whatever it is owed, straight to the bank account on their Property setup page. It is a separate Cashfree product from the one above and needs its own credentials — find them in the Cashfree dashboard under Payouts → Credentials. The App ID and Secret Key from the gateway will not work here.

Stored on the server and never sent back to this screen. Leave a field blank to keep what you saved earlier.

Money only leaves your account when a property is actually owed something. Nothing is sent to a property whose bank details are missing or unverified. A settlement missed because the server was off is picked up by the next morning's run — nothing is skipped.

Automatic backups

Your data is automatically emailed to you every few hours — you don't need to do anything. If your admin panel ever loses data after an update, find the latest backup email and upload it below to restore everything. Upload the file exactly as it arrives — do not unzip it first.

Numbers check

Looks for anything sitting in your revenue and occupancy whose own record says the stay never happened. It only counts — nothing is changed, and no number moves.

Booking dates check

Finds bookings that check out before they check in. Those hold rooms on the wrong nights and are read by every report that counts nights. It only counts and names them — nothing is cancelled and no date is changed.

Who gets which mail

BrillStay sends three very different kinds of mail. Keep them apart. The address that receives your database should not be the same one that can reset the password of the storage account holding your off-server copies — one mailbox would then be enough to take everything.

Off-server vault

A second copy of every backup, kept in storage that is not this server and has no size limit worth worrying about. Works with Backblaze B2, Cloudflare R2 or Amazon S3. Keep the bucket private. The key is stored write-only — once saved, no screen and no route in this panel can read it back.

Where your data is kept

Read only. This tells you which storage the server is running on right now, and whether anything is still waiting to be saved.
